🎯 What You’ll Do

• Build analytical reports and dashboards explaining store performance.
• Execute POC projects in geo-analytics and retail performance evaluation.
• Develop systems to monitor data integrity and detect data loss in pipelines.
• Conduct R&D to evaluate how different data sources impact model accuracy.
• Work closely with the manager to validate analytical approaches and deliver structured results.

🧠 Your Skill Set

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, or Computer Science .
• Strong background in probability, regression, and EDA .
• Hands-on experience with SQL (Clickhouse / Postgres) and Python .
• Proficiency in Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Conversational English (B1–B2) for international communication.
• Fluent Russian — internal team language.
• Exceptional attention to detail , critical thinking , and systemic mindset .
