About the Role

The Data Capture Executive will be responsible for supporting project teams in capturing, managing, and delivering high-quality data and documentation from construction project sites. This will involve the use of advanced technologies such as drones and digital platforms to ensure precise, timely, and secure data management for under-construction projects. The role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools in the construction and infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture detailed site data through drone operations, site surveys, and on-site observations.
• Conduct site documentation, including high-quality photographs, videos, and field records to support project monitoring and reporting.
• Coordinate with on-site teams to schedule and execute data collection activities as per project plans.
• Ensure data accuracy, timely uploads to cloud-based platforms, and regular quality checks.
• Maintain organized digital and physical records of all site data for future reference and audit.
• Assist project managers and technical teams in analysis of captured data for planning and construction tracking.
• Comply with company policies for data security and regulatory standards.
• Foster strong working relationships with client site teams, ensuring exceptional service and communication.
• Operate and maintain drone equipment, batteries, and related accessories, ensuring all tools are in good working condition before each deployment.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of drone or camera equipment during field operations.
• Report site status, progress, and capture summaries to the Data Capture Lead / Project Manager after each assignment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Technical Diploma (preferably in Civil) or Graduate in a relevant field.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience welcome.
• Drone operating skills desirable; certification preferred.
• Familiarity with data management platforms and documentation tools.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as per business needs.
• Good communication, coordination, and team collaboration skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on skills and experience).
• Cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, provident fund, and performance incentives.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, permanent position.
• In-person site-based role, mostly day shifts (Monday to Friday), occasional weekend work based on project requirements
