Role Summary
Responsible for day-to-day data center operations to ensure continuous availability of servers, networking, and storage infrastructure in a mission-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform break-fix maintenance on servers, storage, and network equipment.

Install, rack, stack, cable, label, and decommission hardware.

Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues within SLA.

Monitor systems and respond to alerts, incidents, and escalations.

Execute SOPs, MOPs, and change procedures accurately.

Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
-
Maintain accurate asset, inventory, and documentation records.
-
Support migrations, expansions, and deployment activities.

Escort vendors and coordinate onsite activities when required.

Ensure compliance with EHS and site safety standards.
Technical Requirements

Strong knowledge of servers, storage, and basic networking concepts.

Experience with hardware replacement (CPU, RAM, disks, NICs, PSUs).

Familiar with structured cabling and labeling standards.

Experience using ticketing / ITSM systems.

Understanding of data center operational processes.
Qualifications
-
Diploma or Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
-
2–5 years of data center or critical infrastructure experience.

Able to work in a 24×7 shift environment.
-
Physically able to handle equipment (up to 23 kg / 50 lbs).

Basic English communication required.
