Data Center Operator - Goregaon

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Client Data Center (DC) server and storage hardware equipment inventory.
• Monitor server equipment performance as per the defined checklist.
• Handle first-level escalations for server hardware and OS-related calls.
• Monitor Client DC server equipment performance as per defined guidelines and escalate to vendors in case of device failure.
• Ensure adherence to backup processes in line with the defined Backup Policy.
• Report first-level server hardware connectivity issues.
• Coordinate with the System Admin team regarding patch updates and follow instructions from designated personnel.
• Generate reports on a periodic basis.
• Execute EOD (End of Day) and BOD (Beginning of Day) processes.
• Coordinate with or escalate to respective vendors as per the escalation matrix.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
