Data Center Product Manager

Key responsibilities :

1. Responsible for market breakthroughs of data center network products (supporting sales, including customer demand collection and analysis, customer technical communication, product value delivery, etc.);

2. Responsible for insight into business opportunities of products in customer data center scenarios (business opportunity exploration, market opportunity analysis, competitive analysis);

3. Responsible for building the competitiveness of data center network hardware products and continuously enhancing their market competitiveness;

4. Responsible for closing the loop from customer demand to internal technology and product introduction, transferring and managing cross-team demands, and promoting the efficient and accurate implementation of demands.

5. Responsible for the lifecycle management of hardware products, covering new product pricing, launch planning, end-of-life strategy formulation, as well as real-time monitoring and optimization of product operation status.

6. Responsible for the design and management of product marketing materials: closely aligning with market competition and user needs, collaborating closely with R&D, marketing and other teams to provide high-value product promotion materials for the market, such as product brochures and key presentation slides.

Skills and Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of experience in product management / product planning / product manager role, with a background in data center switch hardware R&D preferred;

2. Familiar with hardware development and design of data communication products, hardware testing, proficient in the IPD (Integrated Product Development) project development process, and knowledgeable about ODM/JDM business processes;

3. Possess strong capabilities in requirement translation and cross-team collaboration, along with quick learning ability and a team-oriented mindset;

4. Have excellent professional both English and Chinese skills in communication, document writing, and value delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $98,179.63 - $150,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in San Jose, CA
