We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Center Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in computer networking and hardware, with hands-on experience in equipment repair and installation. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and performance of our data centre operations, ensuring that all systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Duties

• Hands & Eyes Services

• Installation and Removal of IT equipment

• Basic troubleshooting and repair of IT equipment failures

• Basic device configuration and OS Loads

Inventory Management Services

• Inventory Management Tracking

• Shipping/Receiving and Loading Dock

• Equipment Destruction

Media Administration Services

• Physical Media Activities

• Media Library Services

• Physical Media Audits

Cabling

• Cable Installation and Planning

• Cable Disconnect and removal

• Cable troubleshooting and repair

General Services

• Escorting of vendors and customers

• Internal & External Audit Support

• Documentation and Reporting.

• Basic data center planning.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $24.16 - $29.10 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
