Data Centre Advisory Consultant

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Data Centre Advisory Consultant to join their team in Dubai. The role involves providing strategic and technical advisory services to local government authorities, investors, and private clients on data centre development, investment, acquisition, operations, and management. The ideal candidate will combine deep sector knowledge with strong commercial and technical expertise to help clients make informed decisions in the fast-evolving digital infrastructure market.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on investing, purchasing, operating, and managing data centre assets.
• Provide strategic guidance to government authorities on digital infrastructure development.
• Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and risk assessments for data centre investments.
• Support clients in acquisition, due diligence, and transaction advisory processes.
• Offer operational and technical recommendations for improving data centre performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, finance, and legal advisors.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in data centre consultancy, digital infrastructure advisory, or investment analysis.
• Strong knowledge of data centre design, operations, and commercial frameworks.
• Familiarity with regional and global trends in digital infrastructure and cloud services.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and presentation skills.
