We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented lead for our Data Collection Field Services team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the collection, entry, and management of data from various field sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery. Your leadership will drive operational efficiency, coordinate field activities, and support data integrity across multiple systems. We are looking for an experienced Field Services Program Manager / Lead to oversee large-scale data collection programs across multiple U.S. locations. This role supports AI, mapping, computer vision, and autonomous technology projects.

Role Summary

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering nationwide field data collection programs. The role requires strong leadership, operational control, and client-facing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Program & Field Operations
• Lead large data collection projects across multiple states
• Manage 50–70+ field staff, supervisors, and vendors
• Plan deployments, routing, and field schedules
• Ensure on-time delivery and achievement of KPIs/SLA targets
• Client & Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients
• Provide regular performance updates and program reviews
• Handle escalations and operational risks
• Coordinate with AI and engineering teams
• Quality & Compliance
• Ensure data accuracy and quality standards
• Maintain safety, privacy, and regulatory compliance
• Monitor performance and audit readiness
• Financial & Resource Management
• Manage budgets and control operational costs
• Improve efficiency and field productivity

Required Experience

• 5+ years in field operations, logistics, data collection, or program management
• Experience managing large, distributed field teams
• Strong knowledge of KPIs and SLA delivery
• Experience working with enterprise-level clients

Preferred Experience

• AI data collection/mapping programs
• Autonomous vehicle or mobility projects
• Geospatial or computer vision datasets
• Large-scale hardware or IoT deployments
• Military or structured logistics background (a plus)
