Job Title: Property Scout / Field Research Assistant / DATA Collector

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated individual to act as a Property Scout. The role requires daily fieldwork inside assigned buildings to collect direct landlord/owner contact details.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Visit 3–4 buildings per day (locations will be given).
• Knock on doors and speak with tenants/residents to ask for landlord/owner contact information.
• Approach security, reception, and building staff to collect any available ownership details.
• Record and submit all collected phone numbers, names, and unit details daily.
• Keep a clear log of which buildings and units were covered.
• Maintain professional behavior and respect privacy while gathering information.
• Report progress and challenges at the end of each day.

Requirements:

• Confident communication in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
• Good presentation and polite manners.
• Strong persistence and ability to handle rejection.
• Familiarity with Dubai areas like Business Bay, JVC, Marina is an advantage.
• Willingness to walk and actively engage with people every day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
