Key Responsibilities (Top 5-6)

• Responsible for collecting, inputting, organizing, managing and analyzing data from multiple sources to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies
• Develops and maintains databases to support business needs by generating clear, accurate, and easy-to-read data reports.
• Actively supports Lean Six Sigma project teams with data collection and validation
• Acts as a backup for other Production Control personnel supporting with verification of production data accuracy and processing of manufacturing orders documentation
• Investigates and resolves data or inventory inaccuracies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Position Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification or higher
• Experience with Minitab or comparable statistical analysis software.
• Solid understanding of data integrity, validation, and data security principles.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong time management skills and self-motivation.
• 3+ years of relevant experience and/or a bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field (preferably within manufacturing).
