Data-Driven E‑Commerce Listing Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical E‑Commerce Listing Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale product listings across multiple marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Target, TikTok, Shein, Macys, Wayfair and Shopify. The ideal candidate is numbers-focused, comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards, and obsessed with clean, accurate data that drives conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, upload, and maintain product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, attributes, images, specs) across multiple marketplaces, following each platform’s rules and templates.
  • Own listing data quality: ensure accurate product specs, correct categorization, variation/parent-child relationships, and clean attribute fields at scale.
  • Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices in titles, bullets, search terms, and attributes to improve organic rank and discoverability.
  • Use bulk upload templates, flat files, and product feeds (e.g., Amazon flat files, Shopify CSVs, channel manager exports/imports) to efficiently manage large catalogs.
  • Identify and resolve listing errors, suppressions, and compliance flags; coordinate with internal teams or marketplace support when needed.
  • Partner with purchasing, operations, and marketing to align listings with inventory status, pricing strategy, promotions, and new product launches.
  • Maintain and regularly audit master product data (in PIM, ERP, or listing tools) to ensure consistency between systems and channels.

Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years in e‑commerce listings, marketplace operations, or digital merchandising with a strong focus on data and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central plus at least one other major marketplace (e.g., Walmart, Best Buy, Target, etc.).
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables, data cleanup) and reading dashboards or BI reports.
  • Proven track record of improving listing performance through SEO, content optimization, or structured testing (A/B tests, content experiments).
  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline; able to manage hundreds or thousands of SKUs without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Familiarity with listing or channel management tools (e.g., Sellercloud, ChannelAdvisor, Linnworks, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent written communication skills for clear, concise, keyword‑rich product copy.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
