Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient ETL/ELT data pipelines.
- Work with large-scale data processing using Spark and Big Data frameworks.
- Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data analysts, scientists, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across systems.
- Contribute to improving existing data infrastructure and workflows.
Technical Skills Required:
Programming:
- Python (Pandas, PySpark preferred)
Big Data Tools:
- Apache Spark
- Hadoop
- Hive (good to have)
Databases:
- SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)
Version Control & CI/CD:
- Git
- Jenkins (good to have)
Cloud Platforms (Preferred):
- AWS / GCP / Azure
