Responsibilities:

• Developing Data Models by working with the Data Product Squads and Business Stakeholders to understand the need
• Developing datamarts according to analytical needs
• Ensuring that data is accessible, up-to-date, secure, consistent and complete
• Designing and implementing end-to-end Analytical BI solutions such as data modeling, data governance, data loading
• Improvement of processes such as documentation, data quality, data testing
• Ensuring the implementation of Data Engineering principles, standards, and perspectives within the team
• Developing batch ETL processes with a focus on performance, cost efficiency, and scalability
• Translating business needs into technical requirements and designing accurate data flows
• Researching new technologies to improve Data Warehouse and Analytic processes

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative approach to problems
• Solid experience in Airflow, Python programming, Spark, DBT, Kafka and Advanced SQL
• Data modeling, including designing and expanding slowly changing dimensions and fact tables
• Strong knowledge of traditional Data Warehouse, Datalake or Datalakehouse approaches
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT data pipelines and data modeling
• Comfortable in dynamic and changing environment - strong inclination to take responsibility for your work

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI-CD
• Working with Agile Methodologies
