Backend Data Engineer

Full-time | Hybrid

You’ll Do

• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows
• Build and optimize data models and warehouses
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance
• Work with cloud-based data platforms and distributed systems
• Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams to deliver data solutions

You Have

• 3+ years in data engineering or related roles
• Strong SQL and experience with Python or Scala
• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Hands-on with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.)
• Familiarity with orchestration tools (Airflow or similar)
• Strong analytical skills and English fluency

Bonus

• Experience with streaming data (Kafka or similar)
• Knowledge of data governance and modeling best practices

Bonus: AWS certifications, experience with microservices architecture, familiarity with financial systems or trading platforms
