We’re supporting a fast-growing technology organisation building next-generation AI-driven data products and investment intelligence platforms. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to add an experienced Data Engineer to their expanding engineering team.

investment platforms.

THE DATA ENGINEER ROLE:

As a Data Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing and building scalable ETL and data ingestion pipelines across structured and unstructured data sources. You’ll work closely with AI Engineers, platform teams, and product stakeholders to develop production-grade data systems supporting AI workflows, analytics, and investment intelligence platforms.

You’ll contribute across orchestration, transformation, schema design, cloud integrations, and AI-ready data preparation in a highly modern engineering environment.

DATA ENGINEER ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Strong Python engineering experience
• Advanced SQL and data modelling skills
• Experience building ETL / ELT pipelines
• Knowledge of Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or similar orchestration tools
• Exposure to AI or RAG systems, embeddings, or vector databases
• Cloud platform experience – ideally Azure
• Experience working with APIs and large-scale data integrations
• Kubernetes or containerised workload experience beneficial
