Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and data platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and product teams to ensure high-quality, reliable, and secure data solutions that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data
• Build and optimize data warehouses and data lakes
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability across multiple data sources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
• Optimize database performance, queries, and data storage
• Implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices
• Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot issues in production environments
• Document data architectures, workflows, and processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data pipeline frameworks (Airflow, Talend, dbt, etc.)
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Solid understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and schema design
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹525,949.58 - ₹993,621.83 per year
