Data Engineer- Enterprise Integration and Analytics

As a Data Engineer – Enterprise Integration & Analytics, you will play a critical role in designing and building the data pipelines and integration layer that connect our core business systems to analytics, reporting, and advanced insights across the organization.


This role sits at the intersection of enterprise systems, data engineering, and analytics. It is ideal for a technically strong, hands-on engineer who enjoys working across complex systems, ensuring data reliability, and enabling the business through trusted, well-structured data.


What You’ll Do


Data Integration & Pipeline Development

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that ingest data from enterprise systems including ERP, warehouse, transportation, eCommerce, CRM, and external partner platforms.
  • Develop batch, incremental, and near-real-time data ingestion processes using modern ETL/ELT approaches.
  • Build and maintain connectors leveraging APIs, databases, SaaS platforms, and flat file exchanges.

Enterprise Data Platform Engineering

  • Land raw data into centralized storage environments (data lake / warehouse / lakehouse).
  • Build transformation pipelines to support analytics, reporting, and downstream BI use cases.
  • Support historical backfills, change data capture (CDC), and reconciliation processes.
  • Implement metadata, lineage, and documentation to support transparency and reuse.

Data Quality, Reliability & Performance

  • Monitor pipeline health, data, freshness, and ingestion failures.
  • Implement data validation, reconciliation, and error-handling strategies.
  • Manage schema changes and upstream system modifications with minimal disruption.
  • Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Security, Governance & Collaboration

  • Apply secure connectivity, credential management, and encryption best practices.
  • Support data governance initiatives, access controls, and audit requirements.
  • Partner with IT, analytics, and business stakeholders to translate data needs into technical solutions.
  • Document architectures, pipelines, and standards to support long-term scalability.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 4–6+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL/ELT, or enterprise data integration roles.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling for analytics.
  • Experience integrating data from ERP, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain systems.
  • Hands-on experience working with APIs, databases, SaaS platforms, and file-based integrations.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms and modern data architecture concepts.
  • Experience with version control, documentation, and structured development practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
