Calisade Asset Management is building the next generation of intelligence and analytics systems. We are looking for a Data Engineer who will help develop and scale the core data infrastructure that powers our research, analytics, and AI initiatives.

About the Role

As a Data Engineer at Calisade, you will design and maintain data pipelines, integrate diverse data sources, and ensure high-quality datasets for downstream analytics and AI/ML applications. This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape foundational data systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build ingestion pipelines for structured and unstructured data




• Normalize, clean, and maintain high-quality datasets




• Develop ETL workflows and automation tools




• Implement data reliability and monitoring processes




• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to support model training and evaluation




• Contribute to the architecture of scalable data infrastructure

Requirements

Qualifications

• Strong Python and SQL skills




• Experience in ETL processes or data pipeline development




• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)




• Ability to work with APIs and unstructured data




• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
