Data Engineer – Senior Level – Riyadh

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to lead and enhance our data architecture, integration frameworks, and enterprise-wide data strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in multicloud environments and advanced data engineering tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data architecture across multicloud environments.
• Build and maintain scalable data engineering frameworks and pipelines.
• Integrate diverse datasets using advanced data modeling and ETL techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Establish and enforce data engineering best practices and quality standards.
• Evaluate and adopt modern data technologies to enhance integration capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering roles.
• Strong expertise in:
• Data architecture & modeling
• ETL / ELT workflows
• Data warehousing & real-time processing
• Apache Spark, Kafka, Hadoop
• SQL & NoSQL databases
• Cloud data services (AWS, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud)
• Experience with data orchestration tools and containerization (Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, PDPL/GDPR compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
