Responsibilities

• Enter and update data in company databases, ERP systems, and Excel spreadsheets
• Keep records organized through basic filing and data collection
• Perform general data entry tasks such as order entry, transcription, and simple calculations
• Use basic Excel tools (such as sorting, filtering, and simple formulas) to organize information
• Assist with clerical tasks like document management and data verification
• Support daily administrative tasks by ensuring accurate and timely data processing
• Work with team members to maintain good data quality and improve simple procedures

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; previous data entry or office experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Office programs
• Good typing accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to stay organized and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
• Basic math skills
• Willingness to learn new systems and procedures
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
