Job Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Review and correct data discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times
- Prepare reports and summaries as required
- Coordinate with team members to resolve data-related issues
- Perform regular data backups and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: High School / Graduate (as applicable)
- Proven experience in data entry or similar role preferred
- Good typing speed with high accuracy
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and data management tools
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Basic communication skills
