We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Enter data into databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets with precision and speed
  • Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing source documents, ensuring consistency across all records
  • Maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital documents, facilitating easy retrieval and audit readiness
  • Assist with data collection efforts by gathering information from various sources and inputting it into designated platforms
  • Generate reports using pivot tables and other Excel functions to support team analysis and reporting needs
  • Perform order entry tasks, ensuring timely processing of customer or internal requests
  • Support clerical activities such as filing, scanning, transcription, and basic math calculations to streamline office operations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with data entry tasks in an office setting or similar environment
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office applications, and familiarity with ERP systems
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy to ensure efficient data input without errors
  • Basic math skills for calculations related to data management or order processing
  • Experience with data collection, transcription, filing, and maintaining databases or pivot tables is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience that highlights attention to detail and reliability

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $22.39 - $26.96 per hour
