New Hire - Data Entry

This is not an all-inclusive list but an overview of expectations.

Objectives:

  • Accurately gather, review, and enter contracts to ensure timely and organized processing
  • Maintain RTO contract compliance and quality control
  • Strengthen Contract Management through dependable task support and backup coverage
  • Drive efficiency by identifying and improving internal processes

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enter customer and contract information into RTO Pro
  • Approve new RTO contracts
  • Maintain Lists (Microsoft) for accounts payable
  • Monitor “In Progress” contracts in RTO360 for irregularities
  • Manage data entry subfolder
  • Enter floor-planned inventory into RTO Pro and generate RTO ID numbers
  • Handle incoming dealer care mail
  • Process cash sales

Tasks to Assist on as Needed

  • Be available to answer the phone and help dealers with contract questions and RTO360
  • Close customer accounts in RTO Pro
  • Miscellaneous dealer care projects

Requirements:

  • Must exemplify and promote our mission statement and Core Values
  • Humble, hungry, and smart – from The Ideal Team Player by Patrick Lencioni
  • Basic computer skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Sense of humor appreciated

Success Metrics:

  • Consistently up to date with screening incoming sales and contracts
  • High rate of accuracy in contract processing

Timely completion of all data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
