Key Objectives

• Accurately input and update data into school databases and systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, and update student records, attendance, and other relevant data.
• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct as needed.
• Assist in generating reports and data summaries for school administration.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Support other administrative tasks related to data management as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with team members to resolve data discrepancies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with database management systems is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
