Responsibilities:

Providing high-level administrative support

Acting as an information and communication manager for the office

Ordering supplies and maintaining records

Preparing invoices and documents, such as reports and financial statements

Filing and retrieving corporate documents and reports

Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:

6+ months of relevant work experience

High School Diploma / GED
-
Computer savvy
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Great interpersonal and communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Highly organized
