Job Description:
We are looking for a Data Entry & Bookkeeping Clerk to support our finance and accounts team. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, accuracy in data entry, and working experience with Tally. This is a junior-level position suitable for freshers or candidates with limited experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter daily financial transactions accurately in Tally
- Maintain sales, purchase, expense, and payment records
- Assist in basic bookkeeping and ledger maintenance
- Prepare and update invoices, receipts, and vouchers
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents (physical and digital)
- Support the accounts team in monthly reports and reconciliations
- Perform other administrative and data entry tasks as required
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Working knowledge of Tally (ERP)
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Ability to organize and maintain records
- Junior-level experience or fresh graduates can apply
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Prior experience in data entry or accounts is an advantage
