Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data across various databases systems with precision and speed
- Manage order entry processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer requests
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and records
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, resolving issues efficiently
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, document scanning, and basic math calculations for inventory or billing purposes
- Collaborate with team members to improve data entry workflows and ensure compliance with company standards
Skills
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with databases and ERP systems for data management and order processing
- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy for data entry and transcription tasks
- Solid clerical experience including filing, organizing records, and handling office correspondence
- Basic math skills for calculations related to inventory, billing, or order totals
- Demonstrated organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous office or administrative experience that highlights attention to detail and reliability
