Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and verify data across various databases systems with precision and speed
  • Manage order entry processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer requests
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and records
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, resolving issues efficiently
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, document scanning, and basic math calculations for inventory or billing purposes
  • Collaborate with team members to improve data entry workflows and ensure compliance with company standards

Skills

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with databases and ERP systems for data management and order processing
  • Excellent typing skills with high accuracy for data entry and transcription tasks
  • Solid clerical experience including filing, organizing records, and handling office correspondence
  • Basic math skills for calculations related to inventory, billing, or order totals
  • Demonstrated organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous office or administrative experience that highlights attention to detail and reliability
