Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Excel-Focused) – Temporary with Potential for Permanent Position

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong Excel skills to support our day-to-day operations. This role involves a combination of data management and customer interaction, including answering phones and assisting clients. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
  • Analyze and organize data with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Answer incoming calls and provide professional, friendly customer service
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Previous administrative or office experience is a plus

Additional Information:
This is a temporary position with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
