Account Auditing Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Account Auditing Assistant to support our Account Manager with file creation, auditing, and completion. This position requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to work well as part of a team. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in an office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Manager with creating, auditing, and completing account files
  • Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records
  • Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
  • Collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with team members and clients

  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality

  • Strong willingness and ability to learn new systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous office or administrative experience is appreciated
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access is a plus
