Key Responsibilities
Data Entry Duties
- Enter, update, and maintain information in company databases
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Identify and correct data discrepancies
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files
- Generate basic reports as needed
- Follow data security and confidentiality guidelines
Customer Service Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Process orders, returns, and account updates
- Document customer interactions in the system
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong typing and computer skills (40+ WPM preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working with customers and handling repetitive tasks
- Experience in data entry or customer service is helpful but not required
