Duties
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data within various databases and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to support business operations.
- Manage order entry processes, ensuring timely and precise processing of customer requests.
- Assist customers via phone, email, or chat by providing clear information, resolving issues promptly, and guiding them through data-related inquiries.
- Organize and file physical and digital documents systematically to facilitate easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping & scanning standards.
- Use Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, generate reports, and analyze data trends for management review.
- Support data collection initiatives by gathering information from multiple sources and verifying its accuracy before entry.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, transcription, and basic math calculations to support daily administrative functions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or data entry roles with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with databases and ERP systems. (We will teach you our ERP)
- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; experience with transcription is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic math principles for data verification and order processing tasks.
- Prior experience working with data collection tools, pivot tables, or order entry systems preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers and collaborate with team members.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
