This is an immediate hire position.
As a Data Entry and Order Processing Associate, you will ensure the seamless flow of information from initial entry to final print production through the detailed execution of duties. This role is hands-on processing work first and foremost, and that's not a phase you graduate out of. The pipeline runs on people doing the work carefully and consistently, and we need someone who genuinely takes pride in that. This role is responsible for the precise input and maintenance of database records, verifying data integrity, and organizing essential files with a high degree of confidentiality.
We've mapped where we want our systems to go, and we need someone whose technical instincts help us get there incrementally. As you learn the workflow, you'll start to:
- Notice patterns in the work, what's repetitive, what's error-prone, what creates friction between teams
- Suggest improvements to how we organize data, structure folders, and move information through Monday.com
- Help us tighten existing Monday.com automations and propose new ones where they make sense
- Contribute to documentation so processes are clear, consistent, and teachable
- Partner with leadership on small automation projects when the opportunity fits, not as the main job, but as something that grows naturally out of knowing the work deeply
The goal isn't to replace the manual work overnight. The goal is steady, thoughtful improvement driven by someone who actually understands the pipeline because they've lived in it. By leveraging various technological tools and design applications, you will guarantee that every file is optimized for flawless print execution while maintaining a dedicated, detail-oriented, and positive approach to client requirements and growing the process.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Exceptional attention to detail. This is the single most important personal trait. The processing work is high-volume and accuracy matters every time. If catching small inconsistencies in data, files, or orders gives you a sense of satisfaction, this role will fit you.
- Strong data hygiene instincts. You understandwhy clean, consistent data matters and you naturally work in ways that keep it that way (consistent naming, complete fields, no shortcuts that create problems downstream)
- Proficiency with macOS and comfort moving quickly between applications.
- Strong familiarity with Adobe Illustrator. Enough familiarity to review files, spot issues, and make basic adjustments.
- Technically minded. You don't need to be a developer, but you should be the kind of person who knows most systems and learns new software quickly. A person who isn't intimidated by spreadsheets or admin panels, and can follow technical logic when something needs troubleshooting.
- Comfortable using AI tools to assist with daily tasks and improve your own efficiency.
- Systems thinking. You must be able to see how a small change in one step affects the steps downstream, and you think about processes rather than just isolated tasks.
- Self-directed and reliable. You can be trusted to work through a que accurately without constant oversight, and you flag problems when you spot them.
Strongly Preferred
- Experience as a power user of Monday.com, Airtable, Notion, or similar project management/data platforms (especially using built-in automations, formulas, or integrations.)
- Comfort with Zapier, Make, or other no-code/low-code automation tools.
- Some exposure to scripting (Python, JavaScript, Apps Script) or working with APIs. At least enough to read, tweak, or run something, even if you don't write tools from scratch.
- Background in manufacturing, print, e-commerce, or other operations-heavy environments.
- Familiarity with production workflows and file preparation processes.
- Experience cleaning up messy data, building spreadsheets that don't break, or documenting processes so others can follow them.
Experience & Educational Requirements & Preferences
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, digital production, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and prepress software.
- Fast and accurate typing.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computers and database software.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Familiarity with MacOS software.
- Strong understanding of color management, file formats, and printing techniques.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with AI-based workflow tools is a plus.
- Experience in coding is strongly preferred.
