Job Summary:
We are looking for a fast and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support our operations in the E-surveillance sector. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate records related to surveillance equipment installation, customer data, inventory, service requests, and vendor documentation. Accuracy, speed, and confidentiality are critical in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter customer information, installation data, and service records into internal systems or project management software.
- Update inventory and stock levels of surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR units, cables, routers, and other components.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical files related to vendors, clients, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and warranties.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
- Assist the project team with data-related documentation including BOQs, material dispatch lists, and handover reports.
- Cross-check and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
- Coordinate with the procurement and technical teams to ensure real-time updates of material movement and usage.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Fast and accurate typing skills (min. 35-40 WPM recommended)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or project tracking tools is a plus
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Good communication and coordination skills
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any stream
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry or back-office operations (preferably in electronics, security systems, or IT services industry)
- Experience with inventory or service-related data management is preferred
