Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a keen eye for accuracy, ensuring that all data is entered correctly and maintained in our databases. This role is essential for supporting our administrative functions and facilitating smooth operations within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data into databases and ERP systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform data collection and maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
  • Utilize Google Sheets to create tables and manage spreadsheets effectively.
  • Process order entries.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to data protection policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve data management practices.

Experience

  • Proven experience in data entry with a strong understanding of office procedures.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with and Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
  • Basic math skills for handling numerical data effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
