Data Entry Associate

Position Overview
American Photo Marketing is hiring Seasonal Data Entry Clerks to support our high-volume graduation season. We are looking for detail-oriented, reliable individuals who are highly organized and comfortable working on a computer in a fast-paced office environment.

This role is focused strictly on data entry and image processing. Ideal candidates work well independently, follow directions closely, and stay goal-oriented to meet deadlines.

A seasonal completion bonus is available, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance.

Location: Ypsilanti, MI (In-Person Only)
Dates: April 20 – May 31
Shifts: Day & Evening (Weekends required during season) - Flexible schedules

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems
• Perform data validation and data cleaning
• Back up image files and assist with basic image color correction
• Sort, organize, and validate image data
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy
• Follow detailed instructions and established procedures
• Meet deadlines and individual performance goals
• Perform efficiently and accurately under pressure
• Complete additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Availability for mandatory weekend shifts throughout May
• Ability to pass a background check
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Ypsilanti, MI 48197

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
