Data Entry Associate / Time Keeper

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. You will be responsible for managing employee attendance records, calculating overtime, and tracking material logistics across various sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to start their career in administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Timekeeping: Track, record, and monitor daily attendance and overtime for employees across multiple sites.
  • Data Management: Accurately input data into company software and Excel spreadsheets according to set guidelines.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily attendance and operational reports and distribute them to Supervisors and Team Leaders.
  • Logistics Support: Track and record material requirements and deliveries.
  • Documentation: Prepare Gate Passes and other site-related administrative documents.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel is a must (data entry, basic formulas, and formatting).
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
