Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in various databases and ERP systems. This role requires strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to manage data efficiently while ensuring high levels of accuracy.

Duties

  • Input and update data into databases and ERP systems with precision.
  • Perform data entry tasks including order entry, transcription, and filing.
  • Collect and organize data for reporting purposes using pivot tables.
  • Maintain data integrity by regularly reviewing and correcting discrepancies.
  • Assist with clerical tasks as needed, including administrative support.
  • Utilize basic math skills for data verification and calculations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables.
  • Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
  • Previous office or clerical experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with databases and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to perform data collection and maintain meticulous records.
  • Basic math skills for handling numerical data accurately.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.44 - $45.82 per hour
