Data Entry Clerk

Manning the cash counter.

Preparing sales orders in the ERP system.

Coordinating with the sales staff, warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries.

Sales invoicing in the system, and delivery of invoices to customers.

Follow up payments with customers/ sales staff.

Posting of receipts against sales invoices.

Issuing Credit Notes for sales returns.

Monitoring and reconciliation of customer accounts.

Posting payment vouchers.

Filing of documents and managing the filing system.

Proficiency in using computers is a must.

Any other accounting, administrative or HR work assigned by the Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
