What you’ll do

  • Enter and update data into various databases and ERP systems with precision and efficiency.
  • Perform data collection and transcription tasks to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain organized filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for creating pivot tables and managing data sets effectively.
  • Process order entries accurately while adhering to company standards.
  • Assist with clerical duties, including managing correspondence and scheduling appointments.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in data management processes.
  • Conduct regular audits of data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Basic qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills with a strong emphasis on data entry and typing speed.
  • Basic math skills for handling numerical data accurately.
  • Previous office experience, particularly in administrative roles or clerical tasks.

Preferred qualifications

  • Familiarity with databases and ERP systems is highly desirable.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, particularly with pivot tables.
