Data Entry Clerk — Manama, Bahrain

— join our busy team in Manama as a Data Entry Clerk to keep records clean, processes smooth, and reports ready when needed.

What you’ll do

  • Enter, update and verify data in databases, spreadsheets and internal systems with high accuracy.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, HR records or customer forms according to standard procedures.
  • Review source documents for completeness; correct errors and flag discrepancies.
  • Maintain filing (digital and/or physical), scan documents and manage records retention.
  • Run basic data quality checks and prepare simple reports or summaries for supervisors.
  • Support ad‑hoc data requests and assist in data cleanup or migration projects.
  • Follow data security and confidentiality procedures at all times.

Who you are

  • 1+ year of data entry, administrative or clerical experience preferred.
  • Fast and accurate typing (min. 40–50 WPM) with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient with MS Excel (filters, sorting, basic formulas) and comfortable with other office software; experience with databases or ERP systems a plus.
  • Good command of English; Arabic language skills helpful.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Right to work in Bahrain and able to commute to Manama.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD3.500 - BD6.500 per hour
