Data Entry Clerk — Manama, Bahrain

What you’ll do
- Enter, update and verify data in databases, spreadsheets and internal systems with high accuracy.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, HR records or customer forms according to standard procedures.
- Review source documents for completeness; correct errors and flag discrepancies.
- Maintain filing (digital and/or physical), scan documents and manage records retention.
- Run basic data quality checks and prepare simple reports or summaries for supervisors.
- Support ad‑hoc data requests and assist in data cleanup or migration projects.
- Follow data security and confidentiality procedures at all times.
Who you are
- 1+ year of data entry, administrative or clerical experience preferred.
- Fast and accurate typing (min. 40–50 WPM) with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient with MS Excel (filters, sorting, basic formulas) and comfortable with other office software; experience with databases or ERP systems a plus.
- Good command of English; Arabic language skills helpful.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
- Right to work in Bahrain and able to commute to Manama.
