- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—to ensure quick retrieval of documents
- Proofread reports, forms, and correspondence to guarantee clarity and error-free communication
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings
- Provide excellent customer support through phone etiquette, addressing inquiries efficiently and courteously
- Assist with bookkeeping duties, including basic data entry for financial transactions and recordkeeping related to billing or invoicing
- Handle clerical responsibilities like filing, data verification, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with company standards
