Data Entry Clerk

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team at Lewis Companies. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms to support our office operations. Your proactive approach and excellent computer skills will ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information. Responsibilities

  • Enter, verify, and update data into company databases with precision and efficiency
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries professionally, and direct calls appropriately
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document proofreading
  • Assist with front desk duties including greeting visitors, handling mail, and managing office supplies
  • Provide customer support through accurate data entry and responsive communication
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other software tools to complete administrative tasks effectively

Requirements

  • Proven clerical or office experience with a strong background in data entry and administrative support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and basic computer literacy
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in typing and proofreading
  • Strong phone etiquette skills; experience handling multi-line phone systems preferred
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs
  • Prior experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $33,700.00 - $45,000.00 per year
