Duties

  • Enter, update, and maintain data accurately within various software systems such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, SysComplete .
  • Manage filing systems both digitally and physically to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
  • Support front desk operations, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before submission or filing.
  • Provide customer support through phone etiquette and professional communication, addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Perform general clerical tasks including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and organizing paperwork to support office efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software.
  • Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; strong proofreading skills.
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk responsibilities.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse client needs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of office procedures such as filing, calendar management, and data entry best practices.
  • Previous experience in customer service or medical/surgical receptionist roles is advantageous.
