Data Entry Clerk

Join our dynamic team as a Data Entry Clerk and become a vital part of our administrative operations! As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, managing, and maintaining essential data across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless workflow and data integrity. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will help keep our office running smoothly and efficiently.

Duties

  • Enter and update data accurately into company databases, including financial records, client information, and operational reports.
  • Manage filing systems both electronically using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications, as well as physically organizing documents for easy retrieval.
  • Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing excellent customer service and support to callers.
  • Assist with front desk responsibilities such as greeting visitors, managing appointments, and answering inquiries with courteous phone etiquette.
  • Support office management tasks including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before submission or filing to ensure high-quality communication.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining organized records to streamline office operations.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools for efficient document creation and management.
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy and excellent proofreading abilities.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and office management practices.
  • Bilingual capabilities are a plus to support diverse client needs.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties, including calendar management and patient support, is advantageous.
  • Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette to handle inquiries confidently.
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office setting is preferred to ensure smooth onboarding. Pay: $29.73 - $34.78 per hour
