Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to support our Accountant in recording and maintaining invoice data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter supplier, customer, and purchase invoices into spreadsheets and/or the accounting system.
  • Review invoice details for accuracy and correct any discrepancies or data entry errors.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and document management tasks.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Previous data entry or administrative experience is an advantage.
