Data Entry Clerk

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms to support our operational efficiency. Your strong organizational skills and proficiency with office software will ensure that information is maintained with precision and confidentiality. Duties

  • Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and management systems with speed and accuracy
  • Verify data entries for completeness, consistency, and correctness through proofreading and quality checks
  • Manage filing systems both electronically and physically to ensure easy retrieval of information
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and document organization
  • Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems, providing excellent customer service and support
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while ensuring data integrity across all platforms

Requirements

  • Proven experience in clerical work, data entry, or office administration with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks, bookkeeping, or basic accounting practices is highly desirable
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse customer interactions
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, proofreading, and calendar management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
