We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Technical Documentation Coordinator to prepare technical reports, certificates, and other business documents accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is a fast typist with strong English communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to organize and manage multiple documents and tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, format, and review technical reports and certificates.
  • Enter and update information accurately in company systems and templates.
  • Check documents for spelling, formatting, and data errors.
  • Maintain organized digital records and document files.
  • Coordinate with technical and administrative teams to collect required information.
  • Ensure all reports and certificates are completed on time.
  • Handle confidential company and client information professionally.
  • Perform other documentation and administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, email, and document-management systems.
  • Ability to learn new software and technical processes quickly.
  • Must have their own valid UAE residence visa or sponsorship.
  • Previous experience in documentation, data entry, report preparation, or administration is preferred.
