We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are beginning their careers or looking to gain valuable office experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and software systems.
  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness before data entry.
  • Verify and correct data discrepancies when necessary.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and company records.
  • Process forms, invoices, customer information, and other business documents.
  • Perform regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
  • Respond to data-related requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • No previous experience required—training is provided.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Previous customer service, administrative, or office experience is a plus but not required.
  • Comfortable learning new software and systems.
