Data Entry Clerk and Customer Service Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented data entry clerk and Customer service Representative to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for actively pursuing outstanding payments to optimize revenue cycle management.

Duties

• Prepare and submit accurate medical bills using specialized medical billing software.
• Follow up on unpaid accounts receivable through phone calls, emails, and written correspondence with patients and third party payers.
• Maintain detailed records of collection efforts, payment histories, and account status updates in financial software systems

Experience

• Familiarity with medical terminology, CPT and ICD-10 coding.
• Excellent phone etiquette combined with exceptional customer service skills for engaging with patients and third party representatives.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
