We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to accurately input, update, and maintain information in our computer systems using a Windows-based environment. The ideal candidate will be efficient, organized, and comfortable working with Microsoft Office and other data management software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and verify data in databases, spreadsheets, and company systems
  • Use Windows-based computers and applications to manage daily data entry tasks
  • Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Maintain digital files and records in an organized manner
  • Generate basic reports as required
  • Follow company data security and confidentiality policies
  • Communicate with supervisors or team members regarding data discrepancies
  • Perform general clerical duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy
  • Basic understanding of databases and data management
  • Attention to detail and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administrative or office support roles
  • Familiarity with data entry software or ERP systems
  • Basic computer troubleshooting skills

Work Environment

  • Windows-based computer systems
  • May require extended periods of sitting and typing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
